structure
1. The RI80 series resistors use ceramics with an aluminum content
of 95 or above as the resistor matrix. Along with special thick
film gold chip glaze film resistor materials and snake shaped
pattern design technology, the resistor film is printed on the
ceramic matrix, making the resistor highly stable, accurate, and
resistant to high voltage.
2. The lead out end is assembled by welding a copper cap or lead
pin, pressed into both ends of a resistance ceramic rod, and
processed into a resistor to provide a sturdy terminal electrode
connection.
3. The surface is coated with green or red high-voltage insulation
heat dissipation paint, which is naturally dried in the shade and
then baked at high temperature.
